Truth, Justice & Change

Truth
Truth is we're at the end of an era. An era of tyranny controlled by the few, the powerful and the greedy. It will be described in the history books as the Era of Greed. A time when the almighty dollar was all. When the rights of the hard working men and women of this Country meant nothing. When the poor, minorities and the disadvantaged were less than nothing. Just fodder for the ever growing war machine.

Justice
Well, the time of the tyrants is just about over. The Inauguration of Barack Obama will usher in a new era. We'll have a Champion for the People. At last the United States will be a country that cares about it's citizens. It will be as it should've been from the start, a land of Fairness & Compassion. A land that takes care of it's own, not just the greedy corporate fat-cats. A land where everyone has a chance. A chance to live the American Dream. To have the Health Care we so desperately need. Where all children have access to a good education and yes, even afford a College education.

The Change We Need
Change has been a long time coming, but it will soon be here. Our new President with the help of the new Congress will set about the business of changing this land for the good of all. What's most distressing is the flak I'm reading from the Left & Right about the President Elect. Give him a break people! He's not the President yet! All this nit-picking and griping about his appointments is getting us nowhere. What we need is unity. Let's get behind the new President on January 20 and help him realize His Dreams for America.
